Associate

Design Engineer

for our New Innovation Center in Reciente Leon, you will work with cross functional teams to support product engineering projects within a structured design/development process. Your design work will support our continuous improvement and cost reduction plans to improve the health of our business.Responsibilities





Collaborate with product engineers to develop design specifications and drawings to meet customer needs and regulatory requirementsSupport design engineering on assigned projectsSupport teams in problem solving and failure analysisSupport team to ensure robust designs are deliveredActively participate in Design Reviews / DFM / DFA for new productsContinuously improving processes, skills, team environment and tools necessary to achieve FBIN product leadership strategyQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is requiredFully BilingualEntry-level experience in design engineering (CAD)Experience with 3-D Parametric Solid Modeling (Solid Works is a plus)Collaborative problem solving techniques for geometric dimensioning and tolerancesAnalysis of component / assembly tolerance stack-up’s.Ability to perform detail-oriented work accuratelyAdaptable, able to adjust to ongoing changes and improvementsSelf-motivated and collaborativeGood written and oral communication skillsAdditional Information
