$16/hr with free RV site.Position Summary:

General housekeeping duties assure the amenities, and public areas are clean and ready for guests during posted operating hours. Assure all areas meet our high 5-star standards and exceed our residents and guests' expectations.Performance Objectives:

Clean, sanitize, and properly stock resort restrooms, kitchens and common areasMaintain washers and dryers by cleaning all surfaces and removing lintEnsure all floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped, waxed and buffed as neededEnsure all windows, screens and window ledges are clean and functioning properlyEnsure all offices are clean and neat. Empty trash containers as needed.Follow all safety procedures and precautionsReport unsafe or hazardous conditions, incidents, accidents and/or defective equipment to the resort manager or maintenance supervisorOther duties and special projects as assignedRequirements
