Job ResponsibilitiesObjetivo del puesto

Supervisar y asegurar condiciones seguras y saludables en las áreas productivas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo para maximizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos de prensas.

Principales responsabilidades

Supervisar las actividades diarias del personal de mantenimiento.

Dar seguimiento a fallas relevantes y realizar escalaciones cuando sea necesario.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes y rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo.

Coordinar recursos y actividades para mantenimientos programados.

Gestionar requisiciones y reservas de materiales en SAP.

Liderar reuniones operativas y de seguimiento.

Administrar indicadores de desempeño del área (MTTR, MTBF, tiempo muerto, cumplimiento de programas).

Promover la mejora continua mediante iniciativas de ahorro y optimización de equipos.





Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Desarrollar, capacitar y evaluar al personal a cargo.

Administrar recursos humanos y materiales del departamento.

Participar activamente en auditorías internas y externas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Experiencia requerida

De 6 a 9 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.
