Responsibilities Ensure compliance with and promote TPI’s mission, vision, and values. Develop continuous improvement plans within their areas of responsibility. Supervise engineering activities to ensure efficient use of human and material resources. Organize and oversee continuous improvement projects related to quality, cost, efficiency, 5 S, etc., using leadership skills to meet project objectives. Select, develop, and train personnel as needed. Focus on maintaining a safe operation by immediately addressing identified risks. Develop and implement policies and procedures necessary to meet departmental objectives. Regularly monitor engineers’ performance metrics and support continuous improvement within the department.



Coordinate engineering resources to ensure production requirements are met during regular and overtime schedules. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain critical thinking with attention to detail and analysis. Be organized. Manage engineering and technical staff. Plan, organize, and manage complex projects. Ensure maintenance and improvement of Management System processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Project management. Leadership. Conflict management.
