We are looking for 4 experienced Senior Consultants to support a critical logistics and industrialization project for a major automotive client. This 6‑month assignment (with possible extension) focuses on ensuring process stability, production ramp‑up support, and OEE improvement for key suppliers to avoid supply shortages and safeguard production.
Responsibilities Ensure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems. Monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks. Support ramp‑up production planning and supplier readiness toward SOP. Calculate and track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); identify main disruptors. Define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines. Present daily performance indicators and reports to customer. Assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures. Track production volume versus OEM requirements and report deviations proactively. Support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem‑solving coaching. Be available for on‑site shifts,
including night shift coverage when necessary.
