Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead improvements and projects. Execute high complexity tasks and projects. Maintain high performance expectations. Lead teams from different areas. Perform Tasks I, II, III. Determine. Select new technologies for cutting tools. Introduce new technology and tools to improve current manufacturing processes. Monthly supervision.



Make critical decisions and solve problems that may affect company goals. Influence business outcomes. Supervise mature–senior employees. Responsible for the team’s tasks. Use judgment and creativity to make changes, negotiate when needed. Analyze and impact company decisions. Conduct analysis to support departmental decisions and influence other areas. Mentor and train staff.

Other Requirements:

Knowledge of numerical control machines. Training matrix. Training for ME - NC.
