Responsibilities Define, build, and communicate technical and architectural vision for the Collaboration Services Platform. Lead the technical vision and architectural strategy, providing technical support for end‑user issues and concerns. Support in the Administration of Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Adobe Acrobat/Sign, and Power Platform tools. Drive automation of deployments, configuration management, patching, license provisioning, user lifecycle management, and alerting using Power Shell, Python, or relevant scripting tools. Collaborate with Product Teams and Architects to ensure infrastructure aligns with Agile architecture and Dev Ops best practices. Develop automation workflows for CI/CD pipelines, testing, and platform monitoring. Handle platform migrations, onboarding of acquired companies, and rationalization of collaboration technologies. Contribute to projects for Enterprise Content Management, Power Apps, and data integration. Partner with the Enterprise Monitoring and Automation Specialists to build intelligent alerting systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,



or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 4 years in IT engineering or architecture roles focused on platform administration, automation, and systems engineering. Deep experience with Microsoft 365, Zoom, Share Point, Teams, Box, and Adobe administration. Understanding of cloud Vo IP, Zoom Phone, telephony infrastructure, and integration with other collaboration tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API for platform customization and automation. Strong Power Shell, Python, or Bash scripting skills, including deployment automation and system orchestration. Ability to set up platform monitoring, track license usage, identify inactive accounts, and generate actionable reports. Basic-to-intermediate understanding of network management. Approach systems holistically while guiding technical direction in Agile/SAFe environments. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
