Must Have Skills: Service Now Scripting, SAM (Software Asset Management) and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) modules expertise Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required); Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus Experience 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Service Now development 2+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now Software Asset Management (SAM) module Experience with asset management processes, CMDB data modeling, and integrations with discovery tools Previous experience in software license compliance, optimization,



and vendor management preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Service Now SAM and related Asset Management modules Hands-on experience with SAM integrations (e.g., SCCM, Flexera, JAMF, Big Fix) Understanding of software license models (perpetual, subscription, Saa S, user-based) Familiarity with Service Now CMDB and Discovery processes Experience using Flow Designer and Integration Hub for process automation Knowledge of ITIL processes (especially Asset Management and Configuration Management) Certifications (Preferred) Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM – Preferred Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM (plus) ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
