Directly responsible for planning external bulk spirit production, bottling and canning activities to be performed by Brown‑Forman’s contract packers in Mexico, representing an annual volume of 10 million 9 L cases. Order all concentrates, ingredients, bulk spirits and packing materials to be shipped to external manufacturing facilities, as well as SAP/R3 finished‑goods stock transfers and deliveries for sales, ensuring timely supply to the market.

Permanent liaison with the CRT (Tequila Regulatory Council) ensuring regulatory compliance and denomination of origin tequila (DOT).

Responsible for independent day‑to‑day interactions with Casa Herradura Distillery for tequila bulk supply and with copackers, planning the packing and raw‑material suppliers to ensure an ongoing supply of materials and finished products of appropriate quality to the U. S. and Mexico markets.

Responsibilities Production Planning. Create the annual bottling budget for EMO MX with Casa Planning Manager and Supply Planner. Volume assignment / production POs to copackers, ensuring they can produce against the agreed production plan in a timely fashion. Create BOMs in SAP/R3 with Data Master Analyst to set new SKUs and changes. Set production priorities for copackers. Determine quantities necessary for production and create purchase orders for materials and co‑packing volumes based on required production levels. Maintain appropriate records and data regarding production costs and copacker performance to confirm validity of cost submissions, yields and cash‑back differences. Liaise with the Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT) for securing Denomination of Origin Tequila (DOT) through bottling & quality supervision. Support EMO MX Sr Analyst with specific capabilities of copackers promoting successful new initiatives launching.



Proactively seek opportunities to leverage copacker alternatives to drive cost savings. Order tecua, JD bulk, flavours and packing materials and permanently communicate information to copackers regarding material arrival dates and other information as required, ensuring bottling program accomplishment. Monitor production reporting, review for accuracy, and facilitate investigation of discrepancies. Process posting of production (SAP/R3 stock exchange & deliveries). Process invoices for payment from suppliers, external manufacturers, and co‑packers in a timely manner. Reconcile materials and finished goods inventory in SAP/R3 at copackers in a timely manner. Order bulk tecua and whiskey for external manufacturing locations, both domestic and international. Act as backup to EMO MX Sr Analyst. Attend production at copacker facilities as needed. Ensure critical control point procedures are established and adhered to. When quality issues occur, coordinate with Quality Assurance Mexico. Monitor ongoing copacker performance and recommend changes to improve performance and provide production contingency planning when needed. Qualifications 5+ years administrative experience in a production facility, including production scheduling, or 7–9 years equivalent education/experience. Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with the ability to develop practical short‑term and long‑term production plans from high volumes of information. Strong communication skills to provide clear information to management and solicit necessary information for planning.



Proficiency in SAP or related MRP system, Excel, Word, and other computer software programs. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external contacts. Ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in rapidly changing conditions. A demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a diversity of people. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience in the food/beverage manufacturing standards. Experience in purchasing, production planning, inventory control and QA/QC. Knowledge of SAP, manage Excel database dynamic tables.
