Responsibilities Coordinate and lead Health & Safety programs across the facility. Supervise and support the Medical Services Team (Doctors and Nurses). Ensure compliance with corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Manage legal permits and regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels. Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses. Present EHS performance results and corrective actions to internal stakeholders. Perform risk assessments for machinery, buildings, and facilities. Develop and maintain Health & Safety procedures, policies, and training programs. Support a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Mexican Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements. Experience managing EHS audits, investigations, and corrective action plans. Root Cause Analysis methodology experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
