Conduct GC/MS for fragrance profiling and raw material characterization.
Run and maintain high‐throughput analytical workflows and robotic systems to accelerate data generation.
Provide large uniform data sets that are ready to be used for building correlations, actionable insights and market understanding.
Support AI‐driven fragrance design by providing structured, high‐quality data.
Drive automation strategies to enhance efficiency and reproducibility.
Contribute to IP development and maintain IFF's competitive edge.
Present findings and interpretations to cross‐functional teams.
Foster a collaborative, innovation‐driven culture.What Makes You the Right FitMaster's degree in Analytical Chemistry or closely related scientific field (PhD preferred)Minimum 7 years in analytical chemistry within fragrance, consumer goods, biotech, pharma, or related industriesProven ability to design experiments and solve complex analytical challengesHands‐on experience with GC/MS operation and troubleshootingStrong knowledge of fragrance composition, essential oils, aroma chemicals, and specialty basesFamiliarity with automation, robotics, and high‐throughput analytical systemsAdvanced data processing, interpretation, and management capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHow Would You Stand Out?
