Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Sr.
HR Generalist.What you'll doProvide HR expertise with the business under the direction of the Human Resources Supervisor.
Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, events and special projects.
Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
This position drives continuous improvement in human resources while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
Essential FunctionsAdministers programs, projects, and/or processes related to the HR function and fully supports plant initiatives.Performs Labor Relations functions, counsels leaders on dealing with employee relations and employee performance issues and follows up on all related matters.Conducts recruitment process for salaried and hourly employees, reviews organization structure and job design with hiring manager.Collaborates on the analysis of organizational capabilities and monitors development actions and plans including compensation and benefits.Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations,



personnel changes in the HR Management Systems.Processes various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change, informational and other confidential forms, and records in HR systems.Organizes end-to-end events, serves as a plant committee member, Excellence in culture category reports, communications and major issues as directed by the HR Supervisor and handles other duties as assigned.Ensures legal compliance regarding all aspects of training and the internal tracking of skills matrix.Implements strategies to ensure organizational development through internal and external programs.QualificationsBasic qualificationsBS or BA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.3-5 years of HR generalist experience.Proficient in computer software, Microsoft office, and the Tress System.Experience in labor relations and training.Fluent English.Teamwork oriented.Preferred Specialized Knowledge (not required)Payroll experience or equivalent.All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
