Collaborate with plants andcross-functional project teams in Mexico and China to plan, implement, and manage the overall project scheduling and new product development program.
Take charge as the primaryaccount holder and maintain regular communication with customers regarding commercial issues such as outstanding topics, payment, order processing, and shipment scheduling.
Skillfully resolvecross-departmental issues at the project level, ensuring smooth coordination and effective collaboration between different teams.
Assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required,demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Hold a degree in Engineering, Project Management,
Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.




Have 1-5 years of experience in OEM/ODM program managementfor electronic manufacturing industries.
Strong project management skills, with the ability toeffectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with atrack record of driving successful outcomes.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Be proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, including
Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatorystandards (e.g., ISO ****, IPC-A-610) is a plus.
