Overview
We're a manufacturing operation that runs on facts, not hunches.
Every day, our teams generate a lot of data—from production lines to scrap, inventories, and demand signals.
Right now, we're looking for someone who can turn all of that into clear, useful insight.
This role matters because good decisions don't come from dashboards alone.
They come from understanding what the data is really saying—and knowing how to challenge it when it doesn't add up.
The Role
You'll sit at the intersection of operations and strategy.
Your job is to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize operational data so leaders can act on it.
This isn't a reporting factory role.
It's about spotting trends, finding root causes, and helping the business improve productivity, quality, and cost.
You'll be close to the operation, involved in reviews, scorecards, and improvement discussions—and yes, your insights will be expected to influence decisions.
Responsibilities
Collect and consolidate data from production, inventory, demand, scrap, spare parts, consumables, and andon systems
Standardize and centralize operational data for consistent reporting
Design and build dashboards (mainly in Power BI) that people actually use
Validate, challenge, and protect data quality and integrity
Analyze trends, deviations, and performance gaps—and explain the "why" behind them
Identify root causes of operational issues using data, not guesswork
Generate actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and lower cost
Automate recurring reports and analyses to save time and headaches

Support operational routines like DGA meetings, scorecards, and performance reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives with solid data analysis
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Math, Business, or similar
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong Power BI skills (modeling, visuals, measures—not just drag and drop)
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets
A good grasp of data modeling and basic statistics
The confidence to question numbers and push back when something doesn't look right
Clear communication skills—you can explain insights without hiding behind jargon
A practical, results-focused mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with industrial or operational processes
Exposure to continuous improvement or OPEX environments
Some programming or automation experience
What You'll Get
You'll get a role with real visibility and real impact.
Your work will directly influence operational and strategic decisions—not just sit in a shared folder.
You'll work closely with cross‐functional teams, in an environment that values clarity, accuracy, and improvement over noise.
