Overview:
Plan, develop, implement, establish, and continuously monitor control mechanisms for the company's processes, ensuring alignment with the applicable regulations and compliance requirements for each process.
**Job Description**:
- Plan and manage workforce allocation for process start-up and ongoing operational support.
- Plan, develop, implement, and establish control mechanisms for operational processes.
- Monitor personnel compliance with company standards, including health, appearance, and risk prevention requirements.
- Conduct process audits throughout the work shift.
- Implement containment and corrective countermeasures when detecting non-conforming (NG) activities, materials, or products.
- Follow up on preventive and corrective actions related to process deviations.
- Train employees using the Three-Step Training Method.
- Conduct 5S and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) inspections.
- Monitor and ensure the efficiency of operational processes.
- Monitor departmental performance and report results to the immediate supervisor.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members.
- Update the skills matrix for assigned personnel through ILUO.
- Develop and execute training plans for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to the assigned process.
- Manage and control vehicle service processes within the assigned area in accordance with customer requirements.




- Lead the follow-up of preventive and corrective actions related to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Monitor quality, safety, delivery, and environmental performance regarding materials, processes, and customer services.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement for the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, and Environment) among team members.
- Lead the achievement of assigned Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, and Environment) objectives.
Job Requirements:
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing, automotive, and/or logistics industry, including experience supervising and leading personnel.
**Knowledge**:
- Quality control.
- Conducting internal audits.
- Kaizen methodology (implementation of continuous improvement processes).
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across different operational areas.
- Monitoring compliance with operational policies and the progress of planned activities.
- Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standardized work instructions.
- Continuous improvement methodologies.
- Implementation of maintenance and corrective action plans.
- Way of Working (WoW).
**Required Language**: Intermediate English (able to communicate effectively in conversations).
