**Responsabilidades**:
The Sr.
Specialist, Talent Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining Talent Management strategies that enable organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and a high‐performance culture.
Operating with significant autonomy, this role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross‐functional stakeholders to deliver programs that advance succession planning, leadership development, performance enablement, engagement, and overall workforce readiness.
This role requires sophisticated analytical capabilities, strong consulting skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
The Sr.
Specialist evaluates complex organizational challenges, proposes creative and data‐driven solutions, and adapts best practices to suit the unique needs of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Talent & Performance Management**




- Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Talent Management processes (performance reviews, succession planning, talent assessments, 9‐box calibration, IDPs, career pathing, etc.).
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on performance enablement, employee development, and organizational capability.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for targeted interventions.
**Leadership & Teammates Development**
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and tools that enhance leadership capability and talent bench strength.
- Partner with external vendors and internal SMEs to curate or customize learning programs.
- Support the implementation of leadership frameworks, competency models, and development journeys.
- Creation of the Development plan for Cordis Juarez through the identification of soft skills, competencies, and knowledge that need to be developed, according to the organizational and individual goals.
Implementation and following up the plan through coordination, communication, purchase order generation, and metrics management.
- Administration of the internal internship program
- Voice of Teammate Survey management
- Control of documentation related to talent development in the PLM quality system
- Support the global Talent Development team by monitoring training on learning platforms, general training such as online classes,



and deploying in-person training for administrative and unionized staff.
- Support to the global TRG (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) team through site communication deployment and requested local activities.
- Control and administration of the scholarship program for administrative and unionized staff in accordance with the scholarship policy and collective bargaining agreement.
Monitoring through communication with external providers, tracking scholarship recipients, analyzing new scholarship recipients and graduates, and managing metrics.
**Organizational Development & Change**
- Assess team and organizational needs, interpreting data to guide decisions and interventions.
- Facilitate sessions on culture, change management, team dynamics, and engagement.
- Support strategic initiatives tied to culture transformation and organizational effectiveness.
**Talent Analytics & Reporting**
- Create, interpret, and present talent dashboards and insights for leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Use sophisticated problem‐solving and analytical techniques to diagnose root causes and recommend solutions.
**Stakeholder Consulting & Influence**
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy and organizational health.
- Adapt communication style to varied audiences, often persuading stakeholders unfamiliar with Talent Management concepts.
- Build strong internal and external networks to enhance program adoption and best‐practice awareness.
- Responsible for complying with company procedures and policies, as well as all Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations.
