**Schedule**
- Must have **open availability Monday-Sunday, 7am-6pm**:
- Your **permanent 8-hour shift** will be assigned during your first week of training.
- **Training**: 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (onsite).
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- (Other duties may be assigned)_
- Handle **inbound prospect calls** related to new Internet service inquiries.
- Use prepared scripts and **consultative questioning** to understand customer needs and influence buying decisions.
- Build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Work in a **fast-paced, performance-driven** environment with hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.




- Accurately capture customer information and enter data into CRM systems.
- Follow all **quality assurance** guidelines and call flow requirements.
**Must Haves**
- **2+ years** of sales experience (call center experience preferred).
- Experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer engagement is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive, professional sales approach.
- Ability to multitask, self‐manage, and stay organized.
- Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
