**Remote Appointment Setter (English Required) - Work From Home**

We are hiring **Remote Call Center Representatives in Mexico** to make outbound calls and schedule **free roofing inspection appointments** for homeowners in the United States.
You will be using a **dialer system** to call homeowners and schedule appointments for our inspection team.
Your main goal is to **speak with homeowners and book inspection appointments**.
This is a **fully remote work-from-home opportunity with weekly pay and daily performance incentives.

Available Shifts
- 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Shifts may be scheduled individually or combined depending on availability.
**Pay Structure**:
Compensation includes **pay per appointment, hourly pay, bonuses, and daily incentives.
**
Pay Per Appointment (Based on Weekly Total)
- 1-14 appointments**:$5 per appointment**:
- ***** appointments**:$10 per appointment**:
- ***** appointments**:$15 per appointment**:
- 35+ appointments**:$20 per appointment**
Hourly Pay
- **$3 per hour** once you reach **3 appointments in a week**:
- **$4 per hour** once you reach **12 appointments in a week**:
- If only **1-2 appointments are booked**, hourly pay is **$1.50 per hour**
Weekly Bonuses
- **$36 productivity bonus** for reaching **7 appointments**:




- **Additional $36 bonus** for working **30 hours in a week**:
- (Must reach 7 appointments to qualify)
Daily Incentives
- **Additional daily incentives available based on performance**:
- **Daily incentive payouts are paid the same day**
New Hire Bonus
- **$80 new hire bonus**:
- Must book **at least 10 appointments before your first paycheck**:
- Zoom training time will also be paid if the 5 appointment requirement is met
Payment Schedule
- **Paid weekly via direct deposit to any Mexican bank account**:
- Payments are sent **every Saturday evening**:
- Each payment covers the **previous week's work**
Example:
If you start working this week, your **first payment will arrive the following Saturday.
** After that, payments are **sent every Saturday.

- **Must speak clear and fluent English**:
- **Quiet workspace with mínimal background noise**:

- **Reliable high-speed internet connection**:
- **Comfortable speaking with homeowners on the phone**
