**Full Job Description**:
Enteracloud is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Support / Client Support Specialist.
This is an on-site position with strong career growth potential.
You will be working directly with U.S.based clients, so **exceptional English communication skills are mandatory**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Accurately document tickets and client interactions
- Learn and utilize internal systems and tools
- Maintain professional and clear communication at all times
**Requirements**:
- **C2-level English proficiency (near-native or native) — REQUIRED**:
- Experience communicating with U.S.based clients preferred
- Tech-savvy with basic IT knowledge (training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and build a long-term career

- Applications with **intermediate or basic English will NOT be considered**:
- This is a **fully on-site role (not remote)**:
- Future schedule may include **Saturday coverage**, while maintaining **2 days off per week**
