The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Virtual Assistant to join our Immigration Department.
This is a remote position focused on supporting the firm's operations by assisting with client communication and payment collection.

**Responsibilities**:
- Call clients to collect payments related to costs incurred by the firm
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
- Perform accurate data entry and update client records
- Assist with general administrative support for the immigration team
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up on pending items
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:




- Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or finance preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Reliable internet connection and remote workspace
