**Job Description - Remote Video Editor**

We are seeking a talented **Remote Video Editor** who has a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling content that aligns with client goals and Venz Media's high production standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Edit video projects for client campaigns, social media, websites, podcasts, and ads.
- Assemble raw footage and input music, graphics, motion, and effects to create polished deliverables.
- Ensure all videos align with Venz Media's brand style and client requirements.
- Work closely with account managers, creative team, and CEO to bring creative briefs to life.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, event recordings) into short-form clips optimized for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Stay updated on editing trends, platform-specific formats, and best practices.
- Maintain organized file structures and version control for all editing projects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor.




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to edit in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and audio syncing/mixing.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team's vision.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely across different time zones.
**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Experience with graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video optimization.
- Experience in marketing/agency environment.
- Comfort editing across a variety of industries (corporate, lifestyle, food, fitness, events).
