The Regional Medical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating medical and health-related initiatives across the region.
This role ensures compliance with legal and corporate health standards, promotes a culture of industrial health and safety, and supports employee well-being through proactive medical supervision and training.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with **Social Security requirements**, including **Premium Risk**management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor **Health Care Programs**tailored to employee needs.
- Coordinate and deliver **training sessions**related to occupational health and safety.
- Manage and assess **Occupational Exposure**risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Promote and evaluate **Ergonomics**practices in the workplace.
- Identify and address **Psychosocial Risk Factors**affecting employee health.
- Supervise **canteen hygiene and safety**to ensure food service standards are met.
- Oversee **First Aid**readiness and response across facilities.




- Support and reinforce the **Industrial Health & Safety culture**through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with **legal regulations**and **corporate health policies**.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Occupational Health, or related field.
- Certification in Occupational Health or Safety (preferred).
- Experience in industrial or corporate health environments.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor and health regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional health initiatives.
