**What you'll do**:
We're looking for talented **Customer Service Representatives** to join our team and provide support to clients with their **medical insurance policies**.
You will:
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments
- Process reimbursements
- Guide clients through their policy coverage
- Deliver professional and empathetic service
