Together, we operate a dynamic cross-border manufacturing network between **San Diego, CA** and **Tijuana, B.C.** and are seeking a **Master Scheduler** to drive production planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery across facilities.
**Position Summary**
The **Master Scheduler** will oversee **all planning and scheduling activities** for our Tijuana facility, ensuring alignment with U.S. operations and customer demand.
This role requires strong experience in **manufacturing scheduling, ERP systems, supply chain coordination, and cross-border operations**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain the **master production schedule** for multiple product lines.
- Balance **capacity planning, materials availability, and labor resources** to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with U.S. headquarters in San Diego for demand planning and order fulfillment.
- Work within ERP (Epicor preferred) to release work orders, track progress, and manage priorities.




- Analyze production performance metrics and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, reporting, and communication.
- Support management in **forecasting, inventory control, and supply chain planning**.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years' experience in **production scheduling, planning, or supply chain** within manufacturing.
- Prior experience as a **Master Scheduler, Senior Planner, or Production Control Manager**.
- Strong **ERP/MRP experience** (Epicor preferred; SAP, Oracle, or similar acceptable).
- Knowledge of **cross-border maquiladora operations** and international supply chains.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills in **Spanish and English**.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
