Job SummaryThe Flavorist Trainee role at IFF is designed to develop future flavor creation experts.
Under the guidance of experienced flavorists, trainees learn the art and science of creating flavors, understand flavor chemistry, develop flavor profiles, and conduct sensory evaluations.
This position provides foundational training prior to becoming a Flavorist.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn flavor creation techniques, including formulation and sensory evaluation.
- Understand flavor chemistry and ingredient functionality.
- Support senior flavorists in creating and refining flavor formulations.
- Develop communication and presentation skills for internal and external interactions.
