**Qualifications**:
- Previous Front Office or Guest Services Experience management position
- Excellent English language skills
- Fluency in one or more additional languages apart from English
- Good customer relations skills
- Positive outgoing personality
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
- Working knowledge of Front Office practice
- Office administration skills
