**What will you do?
**
Execute data-driven, analytical, and technological analysis for value capture (strategic sourcing, category management, SPRM) and enablement processes.
Work with the procurement team to gather, analyze, and summarize data to effectively evaluate strategic supplier performance via specific metrics/scorecards.
**How will you do it?
**
- Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Produce and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly reporting systems and dashboards.
- Support the data visualization process by monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user questions concerning data integrity, and troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
- Design and build business-critical reports such as Scorecards and Compliance reports.
- Work with end users to understand their conceptual needs for production.
- Clearly understand and document conceptual requirements and build/request the data models needed to deliver the final report.
- Support annual activities and RFPs for Procurement Categories (i.e., MRO, Professional Services, Fleet, etc.) by performing data extraction, data cleansing, and data preparation for bidding purposes.




- Train stakeholders by creating dashboards together and promoting dashboard usage.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager.
**What are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar).
- 1 year of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, BI Data Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience; or a 2-year degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Medium to advanced SQL skills for acquiring and transforming data.
- Proficiency to draw insights from data and clearly communicate (verbal/written) information to stakeholders and senior management as required.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT design/development using either Alteryx or SSIS.
- Understanding of high-level programming languages; Python preferred.
- Ability to analyze and extract relevant information from large, complicated data sets of structured and unstructured data.
- Demonstrate ability to identify and implement change, drive results, and provide value-added analysis to assist Procurement leaders in making informed decisions.
- Given the integral nature of the role, advanced English is a must.
