**JOB TITLE: HR INTERN**
**POSITION**:
Support in the collection, organization, and filing of employee records.
**ACTIVITIES**:
- Monitoring of daily absenteeism and control of incidents in systems.
- Support in the logistics of internal events (onboarding, trainings, recreational activities, etc.).
- Assistance with operational and administrative staff support activities.
- Assistance with processes related to transportation,



cafeteria, and attendance control.
- Preparation of basic reports and follow-up on department indicators.
- Support in union-related processes (calls, meeting minutes, records, etc.) as instructed.
- Support in the implementation of internal communication programs.
- Compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within assigned tasks.
