JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE MANAGER
POSITION
Maintain and increase the availability of the different equipment used on production area providing an appropriate and efficiently maintenance service, preventive and corrective.
ACTIVITIES
- Maintain machinery and equipment operate reliably.
- Manages and develops the maintenance team.
- Monitor preventative & corrective maintenance and repair activities.




- Monitor preventative & corrective maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor cost, assure compliance with budget.
- Supervise and execute investment projects (CAPEX)
**Requirements**:
Mandatory:
- University level people for operational people,
- Engineer level people for responsible department, Technical diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in industry
- Speak English
- Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship
- Confident with Excel and Word
- Able to analyse and explain clearly a problem
- Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift)
Would be great:
- Have an experience of maintenance tools
- Knowledge of Lean procedure
