**Job Summary**
This position is accountable for leading change management initiatives within digital transformation programs delivered as contracted services.
It plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes across multiple regions and customer operations.
**Responsibilities**
Transformation Support
- Lead change management efforts for the implementation of digital platforms (e.g. SaaS platforms mobile solutions infrastructure upgrades).
- Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Change Adoption Strategy
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to drive alignment and ownership.
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives.
- Develop operational transition plans to ensure business continuity.
Visual Communication and Engagement
- Create visually compelling communication materials aligned with customers branding and policy standards.




- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Service Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly service review reports including:
- Status of ongoing and completed changes.
- Stakeholder feedback and lessons learned
- Backlog prioritization and planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in organizational development Communications Business Administration or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication planning skills.
- Proficiency in visual communication tools (e.g. PowerPoint Canva Adobe Suite).
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Prosci) is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
