**Job Summary**:
The **Logistics Manager** is responsible for leading and managing a team of Supply Chain Managers to ensure seamless coordination between internal operations, engineering, service providers, customer suppliers, and plant/warehouse locations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded, implementing operational efficiencies, and acting as a key escalation point to resolve issues across multiple logistics functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach, and support Supply Chain Managers to effectively serve as liaisons between all key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement communication and operational processes to ensure customer satisfaction and logistics excellence.
- Design and monitor track-and-trace and escalation techniques for all shipment-related activities, including scheduled and unplanned moves.
- Act as the primary escalation point for service issues and daily operational challenges on assigned accounts.
- Support the implementation of new accounts and/or expansion of services on existing accounts, including 3PL,



transportation consolidation, and warehousing.
- Ensure tactical execution of customer-related actions, serving as the main point of contact for critical operational matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage the day-to-day logistics lifecycle efficiently.
- Maintain and manage an issues log and open task tracker to ensure timely delivery of customer initiatives and resolution of escalated concerns.
- Document and distribute trip notes and meeting summaries to track progress and accountability.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
- Availability to travel up to 25%.
