DESCRIPTION
The Head of Vendor Fulfillment works closely with the business teams (Vendor Managers and Instock Managers) to improve Vendor Supply Chain inbound processes.
The projects in scope have an MX wide impact as it spans across Business Groups.
The processes include: Electronic Integration, Efficient Recieve Process, Inbound Optimization (Planning Horizon) and Order planning (Pallet quantities, Carton Quantities).
Key job responsibilities
- Improve MX Total Inventory Lead Time
- Reduce Inbound Shortage Quantities
- Improve Carton / Pallet quantity receptions
- Increase adoption of EDI / API with top vendors
- Increase Store level product buyability / availability

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- English proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
