Responsible for support the Controller in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company.
This role will assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting principles and regulations and contribute to improving financial processes and systems.
**1.
Financial Reporting**:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Monitor the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
**2.
Accounting Operations & Reconciliations**:
- Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions.
- Handle financial transactions and reporting accuracy.
**3.
Internal Controls & Audit**:




- Attend internal and external audits.
- Manage internal controls to safeguard company assets.
4. Tax Compliance
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and other financial policies.
- Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
**5.
Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and systems.
- Assist in implementing new accounting software or upgrades.
**6.
Ad-hoc Financial Analysis**:
- Prepare special reports and financial analysis as requested by senior management.
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
