**About the Role**:

Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and lead a team of skilled engineers in crafting top-tier products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate activities for direct reports, including Product, Process, Manufacturing, and Project engineers.
- Develop strategic plans, including capex justification and project execution.
- Manage validations and ensure flawless product and process implementations.
- Build and document production and assembly processes to meet customer requirements.
- Provide methods and measurement parameters for efficient manufacturing timelines.




- Implement accurate product and process transfers to the Tijuana facility, including Master Validation Plans.
- Develop and manage all engineering procedures to meet certifications such as ISO and CTPAT.
- Coordinate the Engineering department's budget.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
- Solid knowledge of Molding processes (desirable).
- Outstanding skills in project management and planning.
- Strong ability to build and manage production and assembly processes.
- Experience with product and process validation and certification requirements.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
