**Head of Program Management (Local)**

**YOUR TASKS**
- Take ownership of all projects under the product group with Profit and Loss (P+L) responsibility.
- Manage and coordinate all project management activities,



ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the quality improvement and production teams to ensure profitability and that products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Build and manage customer relationships for the allocated products and projects with the aim of fostering profitable growth.
- Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the product, overseeing all projects and strategies associated with it.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and unified approach towards achieving program objectives.
