**Process Specialist III - Welding**

**YOUR TASKS**
**Job Objective**:
Play a key role in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of special production processes, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance with Hella standards and legal requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Define specifications and support supplier selection for process-specific production equipment.




- Qualify new processes and technologies for upcoming products.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to meet performance KPIs.
- Analyze process failures and lead improvement initiatives.
- Train users and support general knowledge sharing on process standards (PFMEA, DfM).
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
️ Preferred Experience in:
- Press-fit / pin insertion (Tyco, Harmontronics, or similar)
- Panel process with Schunk equipment
- Ultrasonic welding & riveting (Herrmann)
- Leak testing methods and tools
**Profile**:
University degree + 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing environments.
