In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth invoice processing and effective vendor management for HR vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support invoicing process/payment
- Standardizing processes across all regions to ensure consistency for invoice management
- Delivering effective solutions to address any invoice process/payment
JOB ACTIVITIES
- Managing HR vendor purchase orders
- Overseeing invoice processing in financial payment systems.
- Ensuring accurate processing of invoices in systems like Compass, SAP, and Microsiga.




YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's Degree
- 1 years of Account Payable experience

- Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
- Some vendor management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution
