Job Opening: Molding Supervisor
Location: Molex Guadalajara Sur, Zacoalco
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise molding operators and technicians, including attendance control, absenteeism, labor relations, discipline, use of PPE, training, and communication of corporate issues.
- Follow manufacturing orders according to planning and customer priorities, assigning labor to specific activities and ensuring line balancing and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with team leaders for optimal operation of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual assembly lines.
- Oversee the training plan to ensure proper task execution and increase operational flexibility.
- Facilitate communication between shifts at the operational and engineering levels to ensure the sharing of key manufacturing information, such as order priorities and area performance metrics.
**Education**:
- Required:



Professional degree with proven experience in manufacturing.
- Preferred: Professional degree with experience in automatic or semi-automatic assembly processes.
Work Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing groups in manufacturing environments.
- Preferred: More than 5 years of experience managing groups in manufacturing environments.
Competencies and Skills:
- Required: Knowledge of SAP management, inventory control, understanding of OEE, problem-solving tools, Lean Manufacturing tools.
Ability to read production orders, interpret product drawings, knowledge of quality and IATF, capability to manage unionized personnel, and share knowledge.
