Senior CMDB Developer Hybrid - CDMX (Benito Juarez) and Guadalajara

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute hands-on integrations and discovery processes within ServiceNow.
- Maintain and audit CI data to ensure its accuracy and quality.
- Develop, document, and implement CI governance processes.
- Support ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management with a focus on CMDB functionality.
- Generate CI data health reports, proactively identifying and resolving data gaps.
- Conduct CI data audits to ensure compliance with established processes.
- Validate CMDB functionality during ServiceNow upgrades and deployments.
**Qualifications**:




- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer focusing on ITSM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB management and related ITSM processes.
- Experience in defining and implementing governance processes for CI data.
- Strong analytical skills to create and monitor CI data health reports.
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) is a plus.
- Advanced English C1 - C2 proficiency is required.
