Disruptive Packaging is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee its manufacturing operations in Mexico.
Following this phase the Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient start up production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex manufacturing processes and lead and collaborate with the whole production team.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management,



preferably in the plastics and/or corrugated packaging industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including raw material preparation, extrusion, and lamination.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is preferred.
- Some corrugated or packaging experience is not essential but favorable.
