Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Testing Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus._
- Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this role involves_ _being responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._
- _ Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data._
- _ Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues._
- _ Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._
- _ Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._




- _ Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._
- _ Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production._
- _ Create and maintain process documentation._
- _ Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector._
- _ Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor ́s Degree in Electronics, mechatronics or related._
- _ Advanced English level._
- Proven experience in working on NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
- Proven experience in customer-facing interactions.
- _ Previous experience managing a cross functional team of engineers._
- _ Experience in similar position in manufacturing environment._
- _ Strong experience and knowledge using functional test and integration._
- _ Knowledge on telecommunication products (switches, servers, networking).

- _ Advanced knowledge and experience using programming languages._
- _ Versátil working hours availability is required._
- PMI certification is a plus.
- MBA is a plus.
