You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership within the organization.
You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, foster collaborative relationships, and drive the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Chihuahua's operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets.
- Deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees.
- Be part of the Great LATAM team and support VP ISC LATAM in executing all Mexico ISC priorities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar scope role.




- Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification.
- Proven track record of successfully managing site operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.

- Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
