Ruedas Grandes is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and strengthen our environmental, health, and safety programs at our San Luis Potosí facility.
This role is hands on, visible on the floor, and critical to how we operate every day.We're looking for someone who understands safety beyond policies and paperwork.
Someone who can build trust, drive accountability, and help create a culture where safety is how we work, not just a checklist.What You'll DoLead and manage all EHS activities for the site, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and company standardsDevelop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, procedures, and trainingConduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations and follow through on corrective actionsServe as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, inspections, and reportingPartner closely with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership to promote a strong safety cultureTrack safety metrics, analyze trends,
