**Responsibilities**:
- Identify savings initiatives and drive prioritized initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Managers at manufacturing sites.
- Connects procurement spend and procurement teams across global manufacturing sites to bundle spend and ensure global alignment.
- Develops a network of key category stakeholders at manufacturing site level for effective implementation of savings initiatives.
- Evaluates the business relevance and priority of savings initiatives considering current and forecasted local business demand.
- Analyses the demand of customer requirement and drives supply capacity development in order to guarantee supply for key strategic products.
- Own the relationship to key global suppliers and develops them into strategic partners to enable advanced initiatives.




- Engages actively in strategic sourcing initiatives with Product and Service Line Procurement and is viewed as a value contributor by the business community.
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities.
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in international sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing materials and suppliers.
- Expertise in product development and cost analysis.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both professional and polished.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, while fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
