Join our team as **Aplication Engineer - Prepress**.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL be responsible for:




- Provide highly remote software support to customers in Mexico and LATAM.
- Become the technical expert on Esko Color Solutions.
- On-site implementations of Esko Color Solutions.
- Manage customer support activities.
- Provide software trainings.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
- Background in PrePress - 3 or more years experience
- Knowledge IT Basics
- Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter
- Ability to travel *****%% of the time by airplane or vehicle
