Position Summary:
Manages financial risks, financial planning and forecasting within a specific business unit or function including compliance with all financial record-keeping requirements.
May also manage other finance disciplines including general accounting.
Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide Daily Absorption report to Staff.
- Prepare and provide Deloitte / SOX documentation requirements requested by auditors
- Provide weekly and monthly cycle count reports.
- Integral team member during annual physical inventory
- Validate E&O; disposal
- Perform mainly commodities cc audits
- Daily/Annual cost roll participation (NMR/ECR/Inv revaluation)
- Track all capital expenditures and capitalize assets, reconcile CIP account




- Track and reconcile miscellaneous adjustments including scrap in daily/monthly basis.
- Track scrap sales to scrap vendor and ensure payment is received and recorded
- Track PPV / IPV and OMV and report variances to materials team weekly
- Provide Weekly Sales report to Staff.
- Validate VCP material savings
