**_About the job_**
Is responsible for the Medical Affairs training strategy and the implementation of training programs consistent with product strategies ensuring development of competencies within each medical function.
Provides training support on scientific & technical topics including the implementation of training for newcomers and advanced training of HQ and field staff on disease and/or product focused topics.
Is responsible for developing Best in Class programs that will ensure education and networking with existing and new KOLs.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensuring compliance with 100% of the training required for the position by the organization.
- Structure the onboarding plans for the positions of the Medical Area.
- Generates insights to the Medical Operations team and to the Medical Areas Management for the development of competencies in the Medical Areas team.
- Coordination of the training of the medical area for the sales force, with the objective of generating innovation strategies and tests of digitization processes in those trainings.
- Lead training programs to assist employees with transitions




- Work with QA department to ensure training curriculum is developed and maintained in iLearn platform
- Lead the internal communication for medical employees
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with people to understand the training needs.
**_ About you _**
- **Experience**: More than 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in areas of Medical Affairs.
- ** Education**: University Graduate in Health or related areas or Business Administration.
- ** Languages**: Advanced English
