Job Description Summary: The Business Intelligence Intern will be responsible for providing reporting and analytical support for PayPal Payments team.

- Support the analytic needs of Payment Operations and their Business Unit partners by creating reporting utilities for functional areas, monitoring shared infrastructure performance, analyzing results, and working with cross-functional teams
- Ensure a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate/meaningful reporting for the Payments team.
- Work with other development groups to ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable and effective
- Prepare and deliver strategic analysis, recommendations and findings to Payments management, executive staff and key stakeholders
**Responsibilities**:
- The Intern responsibilities will consist mainly of creation and tracking of key performance indicators as well as detailed reporting and analysis and recommendations of projects, processes, and products specific to Payments.
**Requirements**:




- Excellent reporting and business analysis skills
- Strong foundation in SQL
- Understanding of Python, or another language to perform data analysis tasks and present info.
- Familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or power BI
- Rapidly and effectively adapt to highly dynamic and aggressive work environment
- Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned
- Foster a positive and cooperative attitude with all company employees
**Education and Qualifications**:
- University student from 3rd to 6th semester, STUDENTS ONLY
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (both Spanish and English)
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and build relationships in a diverse and international environment.
