**Role Description**
**This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Operations Manager located in Guanajuato, GUA.
The Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency.
They will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

- Proven experience in plant operations management
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
