Your role will be pivotal in ensuring flawless operation and maintenance of our molds, contributing directly to the production of high-quality products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform complex repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds to ensure they operate optimally.
- Analyze material specifications in collaboration with design and engineering teams to determine the best solutions.
- Operate all Tool Room equipment with exceptional competence and safety, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, conventional machining, EDM, grinding,



manual and ultrasonic polishing, and welding for repairs.
- Diagnose and solve issues related to mold cycles, tool functions, and various accessories.
- Supervise and guide team members in specific mold shop tasks, ensuring compliance with internal quality and EHS requirements.
- Conduct reverse engineering of plastic parts and injection molds to improve and innovate our processes.
- Propose and implement cost reduction projects in machining expenses, striving for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing and repair.
- High level of competence and safety in operating Tool Room equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring team members.
- Commitment to internal quality and EHS standards.
- Ability to successfully implement cost reduction strategies.
